QrGeni is provided as a free utility. You are permitted to use the generator to create bulk QR codes for both personal and commercial projects. You may not use this tool to generate malicious codes intended to deploy malware, conduct phishing attacks, or violate local laws.

QrGeni is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial loss, damages, or printing costs incurred from using our tool. It is your strict responsibility to verify that your data is correctly inputted and that the generated codes scan properly before sending them to a printer or distributing them.
Intellectual Property
The QrGeni name, mascot logo, interface design, and custom website architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of the site owner. However, we claim no ownership over the data, URLs, or specific QR code outputs you generate. Your encoded data belongs entirely to you.
Service Availability
While we strive to keep QrGeni online and functional, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
